Gamma Epsilon National ID

To All Bonafide Members of Gamma Epsilon.

1. The National Office is now ready to issue the National Alumni ID (This is your permanent Number).

2. National ID of the Resident Members. For the Office to give these ID, the Grand Archon should furnish the National Secretariat the Alpha List by batch of the chapter members.

Please provide this office the signature of the Grand Archon/Grand Lambda and the Keeper of the Scrolls for verification purposes. Also we need the contact numbers and email and postal addresses. We will not process the ID if you cannot submit these requirements.

May 27, Malaybalay up to 3pm, get down to Cagayan de Oro sail to Cebu in the evening.
May 28, Cebu city, meeting with Dennis Atto, National President of the National Resident Council proceed to Panglao Bohol and have an ocular survey for a possible national activity or Boracay care of Bro Rolly Labios. please make some proposal for a boracay off season meeting. maybe after I come back from Malaysia after june 11 to 18. 2009.

May 29, Panglao, Dumaloan Beach Resort, meeting with Bohol GE transients, Eric Pilapil

May 30, back to Cebu City, Cebu Waterfront Lahug

May 31, fly to Butuan, meeting with Bro Molong Villanueva for the December Regional Summit for Mindanao.

June 1, Butuan City

June 2, fly back to Cebu City
june 3, fly out to manila.

Note: for the Pi CLSU chapter, I am waiting for your update on the Luzon Regional Summit, which we have agreed to have it at Carlota Resort in Guimba Nueva Ecija on June 20 and 21, 2009.
