ATTENTION: Visayas Chapters (Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Ilo-ilo, Negros Occidental, Bohol, Cebu, Negros Oriental, Siquijor, Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Western Samar and Southern Leyte)

Preparation Status on GEi-Regional Summit for Visayas (Zonal Camp):
1) Per Secretary General Ernesto "Katot" Burdeos, the official name of the event will be "GAMMA EPSILON INTERNATIONAL- REGIONAL SUMMIT FOR VISAYAS".

2)The GEi Alumni Association of Calbayog already agreed to be the host of the GEi-Regional Summit for Visayas 2009.

3) Program of activities has been formulated.

4) The group decided to make it a 2-day event that is on October 24 and 25, 2009.

5) The venues are already identified, namely:
* Handumanan Building, City Hall Compound (Day 1/registration)
* Haven of Fun Beach Resort, San Antonio Northern Samar (Day 1/program proper and accommodation)
* TTMIST Hostel (Day 2/accommodation)
* Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral (Day 2/city tour)
* Calbayog Museum (Day 2/city tour)> * Christ the King College Museum (Day 2/city tour)
* San Vicente de Paul Seminary (Day 2/city tour)
* Nijaga Park-Art Gallery (Day 2/city tour)> * Cave and waterfalls hopping (optional)
* Sulô Island Café (Day 2/dinner)
* Zah-lug Disco, Marju Krizel Apartel (Day 2/fellowship night)

6) Different committees are already identified and initial members per committee.

7) Invitation letters are ready for distribution as well as sponsorship letters.

8) Bro. Councilor Jim Uy already signified his cooperation on transportation needs and other related concerns.

9) Other details are already being taken cared accordingly.
